The worst customer service ever experienced, after experiencing an issue with the flooring install, it has taken months of promises and still nothing has been done by them to satisfy me the customer.Will definitely not recommend J's Flooring to family or friends.

Bad customer experience. He does not complete the jobs, he ignores all correspondence. Do not use this contractor as you will need to get someone to finish a job you already paid for. This is basically stealing.
