Amazing service from these guys.There was some confusion when we ordered instore and paid. They had been quoting us for the mattres and bed base. However, we didn't need the base and didn't think to mention it. When they delivered our order, the base turned up at the same time.I called them up, and they immediately apologised for the confusion. Then they offered to allow us to use the bed base free of charge until our own base arrived in a few weeks' time. We declined the offer, but it was certainly an indication that they go the extra mile for their clients and truly care. This isn't just lip service.Finally, they refunded the cost of the base, no questions asked!

Never thought I would rate a bed shop, but the owner/ manager was amazing. He went through my requirements, preferences and budget and I will have my new bed tomorrow morning. He also treated his staff with such respect, and they showed the same level of respect back.
