This PEP's Costomer service is somewhat better than others. It is smaller than other shops so dont have every thing you would whant. It is almost never busy so great for a quick visit if you need something small.

I was followed by the shop assistant from isle to isle which made me feel very uncomfortable. No greeting from any of the shop assistants, no offer to help. As i went to pay, i requested to tap and the same assistant who had been following me around told me we don't do tap" and i asked why and she responded "we don't have tap" her voice was rather tired and uninterested. Before i insterted my card i told her that it was possible to tap as their machines are eligible for that service ( as i could see the wifi sign on the screen). As i proceeded to tap

Yes, I do go in here. Always something to purchase for grandkids or the home. Always brimming with stock. A bit full for Covid restrictions, as it's a busy store and the place is quite small.

Thank you pep staff for answering the phone and telling me how busy you are i was just looking for an indication on price's of comforters so that i could pop in tomorrow. No need to tell me you must help by the till point and you dont know what the price's i was just looking for a somewhat i dication of price range. I will try somewhere else i always go in the and normaly staff is so friendly. Dont understand

Staff are very unfriendly & rude. Service is slow. Always have to wait for a cashier to be called to the till point to ring up purchases. Store layout is always untidy.
