Very happy with pj's my fiance bought ther yesterday will definitely by all my clothing ther beautiful clothes ens.

It has variety, special offers are good value. Some of the staff could do with a customer service course. Look surly. But shop itself handy. The goods are of reasonable quality.

Very unpleasant experience, no customer service at all. Staff more interested in conversations with their colleagues than to assist clients. Will never shop there again. So sad!!!!!!

Love the winter collection but the customer service is bad ! I rushed to the store on Saturday afternoon(2019/04/13), i got there a few minutes before five (they close at 17;00) I wanted to go in but there was a staff member was telling me that they are closed , so i accepted that but she confronted me in such a rude way and i just asked her to be descent with me she was so rude , she pushed the door and shoved it in my face (almost slamming my fingers in the door) so i knocked on the door throwing my hands in the air and the lady threw a middle finger at me, she had no name tag on and every time i asked her whats her name she shouted with attitude'' can you see here is no name'' she went on and on , she refused to give her name. I would like to get feedback from this pnp please i would like to take this matter futher

Frustrated as your page says opens at 8h30....Well 8:45 and doors still closed.

Stock looks messy and certainly not in size order. Wish they paid a bit more attention to customer service.

Total waste of time for men.. They have a section so tiny you will miss it.. And don't ask for help.. That will disturb the chats amongst staff.. Useless shop and worthless waste of time. A pity. Days of Cherokee the stuff was excellent...

Website should update their trading hours.Used to trade till 5 on a sat, still trading lockdown hours till 3. Got there 2 mins before 3. Driving 30kms, i was looking for something specific, so I would not have browsed. Did not open for me.

Always have the right size and I love their clothing ranges. A fit for anyone and everyone

Cute sized clothing store with beautiful displays. Prices are reasonable. Staff friendly.
