Now this was the best service in the universe as we were stuck at the shell garage where no one want to help us or just to let us wait the whole morning and bit of afternoon to be told oh sorry we can't help you. With our last chance we got through to Le Roux Barnard and was he so so friendly and helpful within only 30 minute we were helped and ready to almost hit the road as we were so close to giving up as we didn't sleep at all in almost 25hours because we trying to get som help and waiting for shops to open.With colesberg having hardly any shops or availabilities He really has gone out his way to help us in every single way even when it's out of business hours. Very friendly and helpfully staff members of the towing company. I am very grateful for towing my after getting stuck very close to Colesberg. Pricing is not of the best, crazy expensive. SOME ADVICE TO THE OWNER. If the client cannot afford your highly priced quotes, then do not handle the refusal of the quote with emotions by becoming angry, irritated and frustrated because of previous experiences with other clients as that is very unprofessional and disrespectful, after you as the owner has been treated and approached with respect. You must treat all clients with utmost respect. Other wise thank you for your help on the road.
