Staff are very efficient- it is a small reception area, but it is just a pickup point after all. For those of us who cannot wait for our parcels to be to be delivered, it is not an unpleasant experience.

I use this Takelot pick up point as it is mere meters from my residence, the location is well signposted and has ample parking in front, a security gate is used to control access which makes one feel safe.My experience with the staff was awesome, I found them to be friendly and efficient and recommend this Takelot pick up point without hesitation.
