The indian buyer was rude towards my mom ,my my mom was trying to sell 5 games and the 1ps5 game was 1k worth and they wanted give my mother R400 for all 5 games, but don't worry I sold my 1 ps5 game for R500 , so your stores lost and the the male tall white manager was showing signs behind my mothers back. As a person who dated someone from the same company, I know how scammy, sneaky and spiteful they can be towards clients they personally don't like.

Absolutely horrible experience. Faulty goods swopped out 3 times after never coming back from repair for 6 weeks. All faulty. Refuse to refund. From August to October and still faulty goods. They don’t ever call or call back as promised. Worst customer experience I’ve had in EMPANGENI

Worst customer experience ever. Buy shop service is pathetic. Had a cpu to pawn. They turned me away saying that they have too many and I should go somewhere else. I expressed repeatedly I do not want to sell,I want to pawn. Eventually after I asked to speak to their head office did they assist me.
