The Courier Guy- Hoedspruit

Sending a parcel with them is surprisingly easy and affordable. Very fast to major centers. It's not as fast to outlying areas, but it's definitely still worth it to use them.

Two staff, a male and female. Male ignored the customers and starred at his screen until the female got embarrassed and ended up having to help everyone in the queue. Her service was amazing. Very fair prices and our goods arrived safely and early! Highly recommend this courier company.

Incompetent...Thought I wouldn`t have to edit this, after phoning the office numerous times in two days and being told that the parcel is out on delivery I sent one of my guys to the Hoedspruit depot @ 15:00 only to find out that my parcel has been lying on the old" pallet for two days."

When ever I track my parcel see that it has to come via Hoedspruit, I cringe because I know I’ll receive it 5 days later than the expected delivery date. I don’t know why the Hoedsruit branch is still operating, driver’s always late, staff is very rude and incompetent. I’ve honestly never had a success story with any parcel that comes via Hoedspruit. Nelspruit Hub is the best!!!!

Waiting now 4 days for my stuff. Courier driver is very disrespectfull over the phone.

Absolutely useless they should close their doors. PatheticTried to have a parcel delivered since 23 December. Driver phoned consignee to say that delivery details has changed.Promised to deliver on 28 and 29 December. Nothing. Promised to deliver on 30 December. Driver not willing to deliver to adress as per waybill phoned consignee and asked to meet on the road somewhere.Useless.!!!!! TODAY 31 DECEMBER NO FOLLOW UP RECEIVED FROM THEM.AVOID THE COURIER GUY LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!!!!!!

I had to chase them to deliver my parcel. They didn't even give me an explanation or apology.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. I was able to track my parcel. I was sceptical to use courier guy to send my contract to university of pretoria after I followed the reviews. That same day I was turned down at DHL acornhoek mall..the staff members was so arrogant and rude and they ddnt care to help...and mind you i was the only customer and i was holding a baby. They were not doing anything but ddnt care to help either. I then drove to hoedspruit. I was done in less than 3 minutes. The lady helped me complete the form since I was holding a baby. It was friday and by monday before mid day, the university received my contract and i was able to continue with registration.

The Courier Guy - Hoedspruit Branch: I would not recommend using this company as they are not reliable. They keep assuring me that they will deliver my parcel by the end ot the day and they never do. This has been going on for 4 days now. Each time I phone I am told something different. Not impressed!
