They ignored me for a long time in the showroom. Eventually they were mildly attentive. I told them what I want. I went back for I second visit. They, like many others, never followed up. I bought a motorbike elsewhere.

I attended their demo day along with 3 friends (who are actively searching for their next bike) but the reception received was luke warm at best. We felt unwelcome, as if the sales staff had something better to do. We went on our demo ride which was great but returned the bikes and took our business elsewhere. In future maybe treat customers with more enthusiasm and friendliness, especially on demo days, where drumming up customers is kind of the point.

Not the best service. Motorcycle was ready the following morning when I was told it would be ready the previous afternoon, bill was wrong and it wasn’t washed properly.

I just want to say I very big thank you to Riaan Schickerling for excellent customer service and the buying experience at this BMW Motorrad Fourways dealership. The service is the best that I have come across. I am extremely happy with the level of customer service I have received. My motorcycle was delivered at my home as promised. This is a superb dealership that I can highly recommend. :)
