They promised to have my item done by a certain time. I went to collect at the time given to me and they said it will only arrive the next day as they only had one driver. A big inconvenience. They did not have ghe decency to call me to advise me about it. I uad to find out after driving to the place.

Not sure the owner was there this time around. They promised laundry to be done at 4pm. Arrived at 4:50 to say laundry still in dryer. I could not come back due to transportation issues and had to take half dried laundry. Staff was talking on social phone call when I was asking about this very disappointed for R400

The lady who serviced me was exceptionally rude and dismissive when I asked questions about when I could collect my clothes; she also told me other customers don’t have a problem with her tone and delivery. When she called her boss to ask for my refund, she changed the narrative to me being unhappy about turnaround times instead of mentioning her rude behaviour. She literally told me my clothes are taking up space and they can’t prioritise my laundry if I’m only coming the following week; she said there’s other customers who want their clothes sooner. Revolting service

I've only had good experiences here since I moved to Pinelands! My clothes are always, clean, they smell great, feel soft and are folded perfectly . I'm also impressed by how well they keep to schedule which makes it easy to plan my day because I know that I'll always have clean clothes by the said time. Thanks to all the staff at Bubblez for your incredible service!

Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Bubblez who laundered two of my dresses whilst I was staying in Pinelands on holiday. They washed my clothes with such care. One of my dresses had loose beads when I handed them over to be cleaned, and they were so careful and cautious. Lovely service with a smile, my clothes were returned smelling beautiful and had been cleaned with such care. I will definitely come back to Bubblez again when I'm in the area again. Thanks so much!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They take both cash and card to parchase the tokens for both washing and drying. Bubblez is my go to Laundromat

Waiting now for an entire 4 days for my laundry when my husband eventually collected it on the day they had told him to, he was told straight up they are not done with the laundry and only going to start with my laundry now, today is a public holiday and they are closed so this means another day.It's utterly unprofessional. Won't use them again.

Friendly and helpful staff. The machines work well and do a full load in 45 minutes. You buy a token from the staff, not coins. You can pay by cash or card.

I’ve used Bubblez for over a year now and they are always on time, clothes always return smelling great, folded and never damaged. Highly recommended!
