Santam Insurance - Sandton Regional Office

Closure of Claim - Claim Number: 300312101 -SIPHO SITHOKE - claim lodged in April 2022. After 2 sets of plumbers a valve was found to be faulty and was replaced which I was told to pay for as no parts are covered by Santam. On 22 June the valve was replaced and further problems arose. More plumbers were sent out. I addressed numerous emails to Sipho. He only addressed 1 email to me . Problem still ongoing with major loss of water. Sipho has now closed the claim. Almost 6 months. Sipho does not read or respond to emails. How is it possible for Santam to have such an unprofessional and lazy employee in their emoloy? What do I pay for every month. NO SERVICE?

I rated santam low two years ago. So I come back to confirm that rating. I will rate them lower if there were negative stars ...STAY AWAY from them!

The place is big! The ladies at reception were expecting me, and did not waste any time. It was a quick in and out. ooh and they are super friendly

30% increase in one year is unacceptable. And they ignore my calls. It appears that they don't want my business after 38 years with them.

My car stolen from 2 months ago till now is nothing from the lazy and rude team !!!!!

Terrible Service - Jayson from Santam has put me off of this company for life. No calling back. False information. Dodge my messages and calls. Shocking. Shocking Shocking... I have reported him to headoffice, hopefully he doesn't mess anyone else around.

Had a meeting there, the receptionist was very friendly and the architecture of the building is beautiful.

Don't even deserve a 1. pathetic service ever. Their client knocked my vehicle last year Aug. Contacted them for the claim and I had to follow up numerous times with no feed back. When they eventually called they offered to put other car parts in my car which would of canceled the warranty on my vehicle. Never ever will I ever refer them to anyone. Finally put the claim through with my insurance 6 months later and then they were willing to put the original parts. Not mentioning the names of the consultants involved but service terrible. They deserve a 0
