I called and spoke to several customer care consultants, they would either drop the call or not listen to my complaints im havjng and refer me to a manager but still no answer. My tracker expired last year 2020 and no one called me or ask if it's okay to put it on a month to monthbasis but they just take the money and when I query it they said that they did not have my details to contact me and also now they want to charge me to take the unit out and a month in advance they will still charge me but my contract expired. Pathetic service all-round

Please be careful of this company. Even if you sell your vehicle they won’t cancel the debit order!!! You carry on paying for that vehicle and the new one.

This company cuts into your car's wiring harness to install their device now I have electrical issue all of a sudden on both my cars! They are not allowed to tamper on your wiring harness of a car. They are not even RMI approved but they tamper with your cars wiring harness cut into it, which is not allowed by the manufacturer!! Incompetant company!

Ctrack is the most dubious tracking service provider.The system is not effective.They bully clients to pay for services that they don't provide.I pay for the tracker but they are not able to provide me with a tracking record of the vehicle. Yet they are debiting my account.They're a disgrace to the RMI and tracker services provider.Please stay away from poor service providers.All they care about is extracting money from people.Yours True Victim.Director,CANEE LOGISTICS.

Poor service, my dad got hijacked and they told me they can't give details regarding my dad's vehicle. They then told me they can't go to the location where there the vehicle was last seen. They couldn't even find their own tracking unit. Absolutely poor service, wouldn't recommend
