Shan Taylor has the most incredible healing hands I have ever come across. With her intimate knowledge of anatomy and background in biokinetics she has assisted me to a pain free life after a debilitating injury.Such a professional yet friendly atmosphere in leafy Rondebosch. Whether you need to work through some muscular issues or just need some time out with a relaxing massage - I cannot recommend Shan highly enough. You won't be disappointed!

If you have stress related tension or spend alot of time in a chair working, I would highly recommend a massage by Shan Taylor. Incredible work she is doing for the upliftment of young woman and children and great to feel apart of it with a portion of your massage cost going to provide a food parcel to an underprivileged child. Overall a great experience.

By far the best sports massage (and general massage) I've had in Cape Town. I am very active and have made massage a part of my routine and recovery. As Shan has studied Biokenetics, her knowledge of the body is incredible. Couldn't recommend her more!
