Ordered flowers for mom in laws' birthday on 14th feb to deliver on 16th feb. Flowers were never delivered. Phoned landline & sent WhatsApp messages to the number on the website for 2 days, message delivered, no response to date. Only on the 18th was the phone answered & was told they do not deliver to the area anymore (they have delivered to this place last year) & that they will process a refund which will take 7 days to reflect in my account. There was no courtesy to phone me & let me know they will not be delivering....Worst service ever, inconsiderate & do not answer their phones or respond to WhatsApp messages which their automated voice refers you to.

Very poor service and disrespectful staff. I do not recommend this florist!

It’s so disappointing that you do not value your customers, flowers ordered were meant to have been delivered on the 14th but till this day no flowers delivered, it’s heartbreaking that you treat customers who only chose to support your business is purely disappointing!! I tried calling several times both the landline and the cell number provided but no assistance when I finally got through on the 16th one of your employees or whoever it was I spoke to promised to call me back in 5-10 minutes as she wanted to find out what’s happening with the delivery but obviously I was waited and waited as she never bothered to call me back !So I decided to called her back but of course she didn’t pick up again till this day.I furthermore went on your Watsapp and even emailed you but no one bothered to respond nor provide any form of assistance whatsoever not even a simple apology or just communication to at least tell me you were not going to be able to deliver. I wasted my time and my resources trying to get ahold of you but was unsuccessful, as someone whom is also in management in the retail industry this is definitely not how you treat your customers period! It’s absolutely wrongI’m so disappointed!!!!!!!!!Very poor customer service!

An extremely, unprofessional company to deal with when there is an issue. My Mom who lives in UK found this website and thought wonderful they will deliver to my daughter in time for her 60th Birthday. Ordered and paid for the flowers on Wednesday 31st May and asked for delivery on the Friday 2nd June in time for my 60th Birthday. They weren't delivered and when I phoned today Wednesday 7th June. The staff were extremely argumentative from the get go - definitely need training in how to handle irate customers. They said the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and I must accept these things happen in business. When I asked why weren't they delivered on Saturday (closed) Monday or Tuesday?? When I wanted to ask who I was speaking to and why didn't the local florist check the address on Friday - the phone was put down not once but 3 times.Cannot recommend them and will never use them ever!!

I’ve used Floraniche for a few years now and have received really good service except for last year where the flowers were delivered at 6pm, dried and wilted. I didn’t complain though because this was my first negative experience. This year, however, I feel that I need to share my horrible experience with Floraniche. I placed my order on Friday, 30 Sep 2022 to have the flowers delivered on Monday, 03 Oct 2022. On 03 Oct, I found out at 16h45 that the flowers were not delivered. I called Floraniche and the automated response was that high call volumes were being experienced and that an operator will be with me shortly. At 17h00, the call was cut and when I called back I was told that it was out of business hours. I called back this morning (04 Oct 2022) at 8am and was told that the operator would call me back once she spoke to the florist. At 8h30, after not having received a call back, I called and spoke to the same operator who told me that the florist did not receive the order. At this point, I was upset because a) how does an online ordering service not have checks in place to prevent them not receiving orders? And b) I had to call Floraniche for the second time to get this information. I really lost my temper when I was asked, ”What do you want me to do?,” instead of being offered an apology and to top things off, the phone was put down on me. I called back and spoke to a second lady who told me that the order was not received due to “miscommunications and load shedding.” So I asked for clarification that Floraniche was not reliable during load shedding only to be threatened with the phone being down on me again, because I was being rude and “not understanding her.” I understand that things go wrong but it is the way that the situation was handled and the pathetic customer service that really made me angry. The flowers were delivered today but today was not my Mum’s birthday. I was also asked “not to tarnish Floraniche’s reputation” with my bad review but according to the 86 “1 star” reviews on Hello Peter, I’d say that, that ship has sailed. Goodbye Floraniche, I wont be using your services again.

The amount of many you pay for the flowers are Ridiculous for what you get. I ordered the sympathy flowers, both red and white cross (Large). They so small, when you complain via what's app there is no answer. The people that deliver don't even leave there number, they deliver and disappear before you can complain or send it back. I would never recommend them, they take advantage of people loss and heartache.

Ordered and paid for sunflowers to be delivered on Saturday, 11th February, for my aunt's 71st birthday. Did not hear anything from my aunt, contacted her on Sunday morning and she confirmed she never received it. Emailed Flora Niche yesterday morning (Sunday) to enquire on what happened. Did not receive any reply. Contacted Flora Niche around midday today (Monday), I was informed that they do not have sunflowers in stock. This is unacceptable, they could have at least informed me on Saturday that they did not have sunflowers in stock or replied to my email sent yesterday morning. I've requested a refund in writing as well as for them to cancel this order as my aunt's birthday was on Friday already. I've paid R825 for this delivery. It's a lot of money!

Rubbish service and exceptionally unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your time or money!

Absolute waste of money. Worst flower arrangement delivered. Not delivering on date without informing me. I had to phone 3 times and still didnt get feedback. This was for a family in grieve and they delivered during the funeral. Will never use them again. Worst service ever!!!
