Ordered food via Uber eats, after an hour and a half of no delivery, called store they advised no drivers, told me to come pick it up myself, drove to store and am told it was just given to a driver. Waste of my time.

Absolute disappointment! Rude and arrogant manager!! We purchased cheese burger and 1/4 chicken meal yesterday only to get food poisoning thereafter, called to inform but met with the most rudest manager. Telling me it's impossible that mochachos gave my family food poisoning when that's the only meal they had! Had the nerve to say report it to who ever I want!No ethics or way of talking to customers!

Food can be very inconsistent.They tend to wrap everything tight and this causes the food to get soggy, especially the chips.They overspiced the chips and sogginess calls for a total disaster.I dont know why the owners and management won't teach staff about this and only pack the when we go and collect.Edit:Had a sit in meal with my daughter 24/09 and my burger was really good but my daughter who ordered a quarter chicken leg didn't fancy it too much as it was too salty.I really don't think this did Mochachos any favours now as she will always prefer Nandos due to this.The sit in was practically empty so I had good service from staff.The decor and seating areas were nice but very dirty. They need to clean the tables properly!

Service was not great. Food came. Steak was prepared so badly. Was so hungry and chose to eat at the place. Food cold chips over spiced. Management needs to see to staff and make sure they not running their business down. Seems to me they won't be opened for long.
