Such amazing service. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the view whilst having your meal is absolutely worth it!

Thank you to Yaya for the brilliant service! From day 1 you have been brilliant! It's been 2 years I've been supporting Vida e cafe! And it's all your hard work and dedication!

Lots of chatting among staff, which I had to wait for them to finish before my order was taken. No system for production, people had to go up and ask for their order to be made because there was no communication. Loud and arrogant and total chaos. Weak coffee on top of it all.

The customer service is always outstanding thank you especially yaya and thoko you smile is priceless even when the customers are how difficult

Customer service: The barista is not friendly or accommodating. In fact it seemed she would prefer we leave. According to trading hours, they open at 7am. We got there at 13 past 7 and she told us it is not quarter past yet. She continued prepping cups and machines and ignored us completely, finally acknowledging our presence at 25 past 7. If you can’t work with customers, don’t. Sadly the other reviews look the same from months ago, so it seems vida doesn’t value their customers or customer service. I suppose they feel they have no competition here, but I would encourage people and tourists to rather buy take away coffee on the way to table mountain.

Worst Vida e caffè in Cape Town. Shocking service by the lady. She was the only lady on duty (not small), grumpy and I was the only customer there but she rushed me as if it was busy! Terrible experience and so unfriendly, like she’s forced to work there! I always tip and in this case I held back. Then the guy who made the coffee was perky and communicated well I gave him the tip directly but he shouting “e-tippie” which was annoying cause she didn’t deserve 1c of it!

Coffee was great, the service was quick, and the barista was really friendly. Keep it up.
