Easy Store

I have now used Easy Store at two different times for storage and have had a great experience! Their team comes and loads up everything into their storage containers at your residence. After your storage period is done, they deliver your possessions to where you desire. The team of six guys were wonderful and even put together my complicated desk for me. My possessions where in great shape and there was no dust, which was amazing. They have made moving for me so much easier!

After retiring 6 years ago, my mom has now reached a point where she is trying to remove unnecessary expense as well as 'stuff'. This year she decided to conclude her storage arrangement and bring everything in storage home with a view to giving it away or selling it. Easy Store were exceptionally gracious, helping her resolve her arrangement with him, and transporting her container to her house, where they assisted her in unloading and repacking it for sorting. Louise has been very helpful and was always available with advice when my mom needed it.

This is an amazing company to work with. Totally professional from beginning to end. We needed to store our household goods for two months whilst moving from Johannesburg to the Cape. As we packed so EasyStore came with containers and moved the packed items to make space. Everything was on time as planned making the process absolutely painless. Packaging was provided and every item was accounted for. When the removal company came to collect from EasyStore they supervised and managed the transfer from the containers to the removal vehicle. Crating of particular items was very cost effective.Thank you EasyStore for making this experience a lot easier than we anticipated.

My goods were transported to Italy without any problems whatsoever. The professional and friendly service given by the General Manager, Mr Robert Bridges, was outstanding. His personal service, good communication and excellent attention to detail from start to finish was faultless. He kept in touch with me continuously via email notifying me of the exact location of my crate. The crate was very well manufactured by his team and as a result, arrived in perfect condition and no damage to the contents. I strongly recommend Easy Store for your shipment needs. EasyStore deserves an honest 5-star rating. Everything from cost estimation to their assistance in moving the inventory, and the advice given in between, was nothing short of excellent. If you are looking for a stress-free moving and/or storage experience, EasyStore should be your go to service provider.

Just be aware of this company, seems if you voice your views on service from the company that is not positive they basically bully you to a point that when the bulling doesn't work they then terminate your contract and force you to take your goods out..be careful people!

We have dealt with EasyStore for very many years - they have ALWAYS assisted us with the greatest professionalism and courtesy. The storage facility is very well kept, secure and the staff assisting from Admin, Accounting, Warehouse and Management all amazing. With scheduled deliveries goods are moved securely and with the utmost care - personal updates with regards delivery times and hands on service. Let’s rather rephrase. Yes they are cheaper however if you need assistance, you will pay for that per hour. If you need to access your unit unlimitedly you will be billed for that as well (monthly). Unfortunately you cannot put someone else to access the unit. So if you happen to be sharing a unit for an example, the main member has to approve by getting signatures etcI think the only containers that are placed outside are the shipping containers next to the warehouse. The wooden brown ones are in a warehouse as I have been told.Just as the other storage units they are one of the few that also have no deposit, month to month. I guess there are pros and cons to every situation.

Easy Store is absolutely amazing!They are friendly and efficient. I accidentally paid way more money than I should have for my storage (had an extra 0). I sent an email and it was responded to very quickly and within a few days I received refund - no hassle.I also needed access to my box - I was attended to as soon as I drove in. The staff is so helpful - always a pleasure dealing with them.
