Very unfortunate experience. Initial service of mowing the lawn and doing maintenance was satisfactory and efficient.HOWEVER: When I wanted to follow through on further work that needed to be done things went downhill quite fast.1. Kobus is very adamant about receiving his payment after a quote send through whatsapp. Then takes more than 2 weeks to actually come and do the work - after tirelessly having to follow-up on missed appointments and false promises.2. Quoted for odourless compost, leveling of lawn (including mowing/rolling etc) - I opted to rather have normal compost - however when the job was eventually done he only put some top soil on the lawn with some 'rooi grond'. No compost added, lawn not rolled and leveled as promised, trimming of the lawn wasn't even done.I didn't pay the full amount prior to the work being done - as I felt that the labour could be paid when the actual job is done - they haven't even left the property when he phoned demanding that the remaining amount be paid.Needless to say -VERY DISAPPOINTED in this service (or lack thereof).UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST with the what is promised and delivered.WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

Very poor service. You pay them then they serve you lies and you have to beg them to come clean your garden. With a bit of luck you'll get it twice a month. They take far more work than they can cope with and they make it your problem. Never again!

The worst service I ever got in my life. They don't pitch and when you phone them they do not answer or respond to your messages. DO NOT use them, you will regret it.

I've paid R500 for a very small garden to mow the lawn (for only the one time!) and also to take out all the weed growing. This was done on 7th of October 2021. Had to call Kobus again to finish up but still did not do what was promised. But whats actually really disapointing; Kobus doesnt answer his phone when I'm calling. On the 7th of October he qouted me R600 to remove a dead tree. Todays date is 14th January 22. I've paid him on that same day when he qouted me and have proof of payment made. The neigbour told me just know that he haven't showed up for paid services for more than a month now. What am I to do?

This is not an honest garden services at all. The worse garden service I ever seen in my life. You will definitely regret it if you hire them. They DO NOT even deserve 1 star rating. BE CAREFUL......

I had to pay upfront for the month, but then there was always an excuse or he did not answer the phone. Never come to do the garden just took the money. A big scammer.In answer to his reply: The bees were removed by a beekeeper in the first week of December. Secondly, I do not know what my daughters have to do with your stealing money from people.

Very unprofessional service received from kobus they charge for quotations thats a first for me. And after i told him that he must not come and quote me he started to get very rude. You can just see from the comments the owner puts on each of the bad service reviews very unprofessional

Best service, friendliest people with the most efficient work staff.Can recommend them to anyone.
