My elderly indigent pensioner aunt resides in Mmakau, Ga-Rankuwa.The nearest Post Office is at Ga-Rankuwa, City of Tshwane municipality. She was refused service at Ga-Rankuwa Post Office because they claim she belong to Bophuthatswana, North West and not Gauteng. She was registering to get a Government subsidised decoder as an indigent and pensioner. Why should she go to North West Province which is 100 kilometres away?Mmakau is a street away from Ga-Rankuwa Zone 1 - Post Office and Ga-Rankuwa City Post Office.Post Office is a National Government and not a Provincial Government entity.

This is the government headquarters tasked with responding to the 4th Industrial revolution and putting in place policies and programmes that will contribute to the country's digital infrastructure and to building an inclusive digital economy. It is deally located around the corner from Hatfield gautrain Station and a very short distance from the restaurants and retail outlets in Hatfield.
