In all honesty they’ve made my life as a developer easier from technical support to all the payments methods that accommodate various clients types. I had an issue with them one time but it was resolved in an amicable manner that’s led me to know a few legal things in my development space I had overlooked but otherwise it’s a pleasure to host with this company.

Darshan is a supervisor that gives you confirmation on a job being done, but then you realize that the problem is still there, after he confirms that it's been fixed. I've been struggling to escalate the matter now, but he is the supervisor at the top! I can seem to get help, they lie and say it's fixed but then its not!!! They install plugins on your site without your permission. Plugins that have bad reviews, they try fix it and say its fixed, and its not fixed even after they install the plugins. I tried to ask the supervisor (Darshan) to investigate the matter after weeks of trying, he then gives me confirmation that it has been fixed, but then... It was never fixed. I am starting to believe that they only offer good, premium services to specific companies only, other companies don't get the same treatment. Specially if you don't know what you're doing within the IT department, because then they lie to you and its fixed when its not. They don't really do their job!

Brilliant and efficient service. Pricing is very good and after sales service is excellent.I had an issue with an SSL certificate and Hoastking fixed it within minutes if my request. Also had a guy spamming me. Hostkind had his domain blocked and blacklisted the same day I sent the request.Much better service, pricing and value than Axxess.

I have changed my bad review since this issue has been resolved. Thanks Shakira for your help.

It's great so far, they processed my order in under 24 hours and the website started working immediately. I can design and manage it as I want.

They're hella sketchy (unethical) as they don't tell you that what's offered as some of the Free" services/products listed on their pricing table are only available when you pay your hosting fee annually."

Best hosting company by far! They are really affordable and have an incredible support team. Always willing to help, at all hours of the day. Their live chat makes calling obsolete as you no longer wait forever to be assisted. They really make hosting - and developing - easy for everyone regardless of the level of experience you may have. Absolutely recommend!
