Upon arrival workers were arguing about who will do my hair as both were expecting clients which had not yet arrived

It was pleasant with friendly skilled staff.

Recently did my nails @ this salon assisted by a lady called Debbie i love her work it only took a day for them break literally got them done on 04/04 my first nail broke 05/04 I was alarmed by this the following day I'm at work Trying to get my car keys from the bag another nail broke ok so I decide to go get these two fixed, the lady tells me she is on her way out i ask if any else could assist she tells they will charge me, when I ask why cause I only got my nails done Thursday night. She tells me that doesn't matter I was careless hence they broke I was left speechless poor customer service, i wasted my R250 for nothing would not recommend the lady that did my nails to any1 very disappointed.

There was a bit of a wait but other than that it's a good place to go do our hair

I did my nails there and honestly i was not happy at all,they looked like i did them 5 weeks ago first of all, i wasted my 350

There's just one guy who does dreadlocks that annoyed me. Otherwise u might fall from the hair they don't sweep. Not so bad just need few improvement on customer service

The Nigerian barber at this salon doesn't have manners ...he literally chased me out of the salon just because I was laughing with my sister (because they dyed her and she looked as though she had soil in her head)and he was making baseless assumptions that we were laughing at him and when I complained to the old lady at the reception she pretended to be busy and sheepishly replied I'm still busy " yet she no clients around ...if you continue working like this ...you will continue losing clients just like I will never come back to this stupid salon"

Got my nails done at the salon on the 3rd of October, today is the 8th and 2 of my nails already broke. The first one got broken on the 5th. I want to go there and get them fixed but the lady told me they will charge me if they broke. Had I know that they would actually brake within less than a week, I wouldn't have wasted my R350.

The ppl here are very friendly. Salon can get very busy.. Jeff and Mike is very very good with ladies hair and they take their time with your hair. The prices is also reasonable depending on the kind of style or hair cut you want to do. They also do men and kids hair. Everyone have their own speciality and I like how they help each other in the salon.. Worth visiting..
