We always shop at Hyper slaghuis. Most of the time its always busy but at least you dont wait long. The service is usually great and fast. This week though there was something wrong since there was only one person helping customers and the others was just cutting up meat I suppose to fill up shelves but at least not always like that..meat is always fresh and you can get quite a few different items also there like vegetables, spices, cheese, yoghards etc

After we bought a month pack, and we asked at a casher about the meat we received because we weren't happy with the quanty as we bought this hamper every month.We were told its not her problem it has nothing to do with her.My husband said the quanty is not as usual we know the price is up.So when we got home and we stay in swartruggens we weight the meat and over 2 kg of meat we never received, and how the meat was packed was terrable look like meat was pack for dogs...Never will we go back because this isn't the first time we received bad service at Hyper.
