A really big improvement in preparation times - our order (1 large tripple-decker pizza) was ready in just not more than 20 min. Their pizzas are still my favorite, from Pizza Hut and Roman's. Lovely crusts and with continuously evolving bases. They now use these small devices (buzzers) which vibrates whenever your order is ready, so you can continue with your shopping and still know when your pizza is ready... something that is still not offered under the aforementioned competitors.

Absolutr pathetic service. Ordered pizza almost two hours prior only to be told after numerous calls made by ME that they cannot deliver due to only having one card machine. Manager and staff were of NO help and had a nonchalant attitude. Took me screaming and actually getting into my vehicle close to 9pm to collect my own food

I am extremely upset with the service with debonairs Francois rd.This is not the first time I have ordered a pizza for the lady at my work to take to her son.The drivers are always getting lost but this time the driver said he gives up and he isn't coming when I got one of the gentleman to give him directions from where ever he was.This is the last time we will be ordering as it is very unprofessional to just say u are not delivering when we are willing to assist in finding your way to us.Do you not have GPS?Poor poor service -

Cold pizza delivered and hour and 15 minutes after order was confirmed. I got a very smarmy so-what-we're busy kind of apology when I enquired about my order. When a pizza place is so busy they ought to employ more people, arrange their deliveries etc.Subsequent orders have resulted in the same experience so I just stopped being a customer.
