Extremely helpful, professional and thorough.After some complications with sourcing Renault parts (through no fault of Taylors), and after my service consultant - Jerene - chased up, fought and complained to Renault ZA, my car was fixed and performing great!There was a small scratch on the vehicle that wasn't recorded when the car was booked in. I reported it to Taylor's, but I was prepared to live with it after having no vehicle for a few weeks. I told Jerene I would buff it out, but she insisted I bring the vehicle back and they would have it repaired. I was given a courtesy vehicle, and the car was fixed in two days - better than ever.I highly recommend Taylor's Automotive Services

R2500 for them to figure out why my car won't start. R2500 for injector tests I didn't approve. Quoted R40k for new injectors to fix it. Had to sell car as is, only to find out it was actually an easy fix.

I had my bakkie at various big, well known workshops with an annoying engine noise that nobody could solve. These workshops wanted to replace my timing chain at a cost of R16,000. For 5 months I struggled with my vehicle spending more than a month in some workshop.I came across Taylors Automotive/Taylors Isuzu on Facebook. Willem, the owner, personally went for a drive with me so I can demonstrate the noise. Hy immediately confirmed that it is not the timing chain and that there is various other small possibilities that he would like to eliminate first.Long story short, Willem adjusted my valve clearances as part of my bakkie's service and the issue disappeared.I truly cannot thank Willem and his team enough!What I can do is absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for excellent service at an honest workshop!Taylor's Isuzu will definitely see me again!!Regards,Johan
