Alan Box and Fran Pritchard from Asset Real Estate in Randridge Mall have just sold a number of properties for us in Randpark Ridge . Today the sale of the last property went through. They kept us in the picture from listing to successful sale, in one instance getting above the asking price. Unfortunately, I have had 2 very bad experiences with this company. The service I got was appalling. In both instances they would not take my offer to present to their seller, even though it was a cash offer.
