I had a Gelish mani that was chipping and peeling after less than 1 week. The product was applied poorly and had obvious bubbles. I went to the salon to ask for either a voucher or refund as I’m 9 months pregnant and don’t really have time to redo my nails. I was told this is not possible, and that the manager or owner will call me. I was told that it’s chipping because MY nails are weak. I normally do Gelish once a month and NEVER have chips. Nobody has called me since. Terrible customer service, I will never return!

What a lovely experience compared to some of the other 'highly-rated' beauty salons I have visited in the area.Wonderfully clean inside, the therapies and treatments are performed gently and the customer service has been immaculate. I've been seeing them regularly and they always deliver with a smile.Definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Cancelled my booking less than 1 day before, after I made it 2 weeks earlier. No explanation except, we can add you to a cancellation list" was going to be my first time there. Will take my business somewhere else"
