Came here based on the excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. Convenient opening hours, I came here before work and was all sorted in twenty minutes! I appreciated the clear explanations of the issue, some places try to take advantage of people's (Especially women's!) lack of car knowledge but this was not the case. Highly recommended, and I am very appreciative of the great service.

Excellent service and advice, I was stranded outside a shopping centre, they came to my rescue in under 5 mins. They were not out to make a quick buck off a single lady they genuinely cared about my needs first. I was back on the road in under 30mins. Knowing I can call them 24/7 gives me true peace of mind. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Chris and his staff are patient, knowledgeable and have the customer's best interest at heart. Their starting point is saving the customer money. Before they sell you a battery, they will exhaust all possibilities to help the customer keep an existing battery, and go out of their way to ensure that the customer is satisfied, and will not need to buy another battery for at least 4 years. That is a mark of excellent service and passion for what they do.I highly recommend these guys!

My Bakkie did not want to start this morning. Phoned the Battery Centre and Chris Smit came out to my house immediately to jump-start my bakkie. I followed him back to the store where all tests were done and the battery was replaced. Thank you for your great service. Will definitely recommend your store to all.

Received excellent service today from Chris and the team. Contacted Chris at 17:05 looking for a replacement battery for a generator. By 18.10 Chris was on site at the generator located in De Waterkant and had the battery replaced in no time. Great service!

AMAZING service 10/10 !!! My car battery died while I was waiting in the Constantia Berg clinic parking lot while picking up my mom from her chemotherapy treatment so emotions were a bit low. We called Battery Centre Plumstead and within 20 minutes we had been rescued and were back on the road. I am very grateful for the wonderful & friendly service! Thanks for making our day and literally going the extra mile! :)

Excellent service when I needed my battery replaced. They came and jumped me at home twice which made it possible for me to drive down to their workshop for a quick replacement. In and out within 30 minutes. So knowledgeable about batteries and will definitely be back for all my battery related needs.
