4X4 Mega World & Suzuki Upington

I went there to get information about repairing a motorcycle helmit. It was a very expensive helmit. The people behind the counter was not very helpful. Said that they have been waiting years for parts and that there was no stock available..I phoned a bike shop in Cape Town and one in Pretoria and they all had parts. I ordered online after a very helpful conversation with Byron in Cape Town.

I had a dual battery system fitted at a Mega World branch in Johannesburg for a trip to the Kgalagadi. On our way to Upington I noticed that the new battery reading had changed and was no longer showing the percentage charge. I went into Mega World Upington where the friendly, professional service I recieved was of the very best. All was resolved and off to the Kgalagadi with no worries. Thank you Pieter and Sias.

Got bad service there. Handed an Engel fridge/freezer in for repairs in january fetched it today 14May after lots of phone calls as to what is wrong. Evenrually to be told they cant repair aftef 4 months.

In December 2021, I have bought a brandnew quad bike from them. Upon collection everything was fine and staff friendly and helpful. However the bike had to go back for it's first service and just here everything changed. The bike is still under warranty and the water pump is leaking and also the oil seals of the diff. It must be mentioned that the bike is standing there for almost three weeks now just as it was lefted there and after several attempts to speak to the workshop manager it came to my attention that they are still waiting for parts from JHB.....what happened to courier services in our country and also long stories. I really hope that there is an outcome soon.

Excellent service. They really go out of their way to assist you. The times I've been here it's been buzzing with activity which is a good sign for me because they are obviously a well trusted company within Upington!
