Just really disappointed heartless cold and there should be no way that these people should handle such situations where people who have lost their love ones a day or hours ago deal with such disrespect not even a sincere condolences to the family nothing no warm hug or gentle smile.. They are kak verby when it come to service. Have to wait until the day of the funeral for a death certificate and that is unacceptable. The lady at the mitchells plain office is unprofessional and rude. She has not empathy or a way in which to speak to grieving families and Everyone will know who am taking about.She is cold as Ice and should rather be a prison warden and not be in the funeral service business.V plan should review there staff and how they deal with people. Also the service they offer and do for their clients is lacking and years behind other funeral services.

We waited 7days for a death certificate, whereby Hanover Park Hospital is not as busy as a district hospital. I am utterly disgusted by their services. Being a member of 32years meant nothing....
