No one arrived for a scheduled appointment, no one contacted us to let us know and I was unable to get hold of them as no one answered their phone. Very poor service.

These guys make the burning inferno of Mordor look appetising in comparison to dealing with them. Rather book a root canal without anesthetic as it will be less painful than trying to get Blitz to help you..... Which they never will, even if they pinky promise they will...... At least you can count on the fact they will disappoint and definitely lie to you....

Absolutely pathetic service, had internet for 1 day throu Axxess (they are great by the way) no one from blitz can give me information as to why the line us down, told countless times they will call me back with information but never do, DO NOT even consider blitz untill they sort out there service and add a after hours and weekend support because you will have more time without internet than you will be able to enjoy it

Agree with all the above really not a great company, tech leaves in the middle of the installation for 2hours to who knows where and he was busy for 2hours already... really not good service.

Utterly useless and impossible to deal with or actually get onsite to complete work. Now found out I still require an Optical Network terminal which was not installed when they pulled the fibre to the units in our complex which has since eventually gone live after months. STAY AWAY if you can

Blitz fibre stay far away! I have had so many issues with this so called fibre provider. Think twice before having your complex sign up with Blitz as they provide second rate service and they will route you to a backup connection rendering your line to useless especially during peak time in the evenings. There is no support from them leaving you the customer on your own. Rather give your money to a professional fibre provider like frogfoot who knows what they are doing and stay far far away from this mickey mouse company.
