Linden Laundromat

The MOST unpleasant and unfriendly staff I've ever encountered at an establishment. God forbid you ask them if a dryer is finished, or how long it will take.They act like you've come into their house, and using their machines is a burden that you've placed on them. My my, what a miserable bunch.I don't think there's a place where I feel as unwelcome as I do there. Wow.

I use them regularly and have always found them very accommodating.

I went there and they said it would take a day and a half to wash a load and of washing they would call me if it was ready, it seemed a bit long, but it was raining so it seemed fair , they were a bit on the pricey side per kg but I paid, a day and a half later, I showed up and they said it would take another day. I expressed my concern that my clothes were going to be mouldy and they ensured me that it definitely won't be. I showed up a day later with no call from them and they gave me my clothes that all smell like mould, please reconsider using them as their service is abysmal.UPDATE:Thanks for the response. I don't care about the price, or turn around time, I went to your laundromat to get clean clothes, I didn't get clean clothes back. I didn't rip open the back you gave me back and sniff my clothes because the day before you assured me it would be clean and there is an expectation of the delivery of the service you offer. I went to you to get clean clothes, and I didn't get clean clothes.

I found that my jeans were missing when I got my laundry back. I called them to ask and was told that they don't mix laundry and that the fault could be on my side. I still haven't found my jeans till this day, three weeks later.

Excellent service the ladies who run the business are very efficient and extremely helpful. Always smiling with a genuine attitude of wanting to please" their customers."

I get to NOT have to spend all.thatTIME doing laundry: at home where, yes, I may well access to a washing machine (doesn't work properly, and then everything after anyway) or at another laundromat where I get better machines but still spend all that time, just in a slightly different way, and u still end up with a less good result anyway.Here I drop off and fetch in passing as I need, something that costs me mere minutes each way and have laundry that is well enough done to not need further processing.I done know about cheaper on power costs but reckon odds are good, the time and hassle savings are untouchable.

Literally basic phone etiquette and manners are lacking

By far the best Laundry in the Linden area. Affordable, neat and good service. Keep it up guys.

On the website, it was advertised as a self laundry service. When I got there it wasn't. So I was really disappointed. They need to update the site, so not to confuse people
