Friendly staff and not overly busy so nice to work out and get immediate access to equipment. Well equipped too.

Nice quiet gym compared to planet fitness or virgin active. Everything you need to exercise. Older equipment. Showers not that nice.

Forgive them, they know not what they do.Ryan is fantastic and has impeccable manners, they do not deserve him.

I would like to start this review off on a positive note saying that the management at the front desk is friendly however the owner is unfortunately very rude and resorts to threats and bully tactics when confronted with a complaint or problem.The gym itself is neat and tidy and it's equipment is in good condition however when it comes to the customer care and professionalism the owner of Body Logic unfortunately doesn't act in a professional manor. I would expect that when I as a paying customer treats the business owner with respect and dignity that I would be granted the same courtesy however that is sadly not the case as I was treated with hostility and bully tactics.Bullies who run their business practices in an unprofessional manor do not stay in business in the long run since you damage your businesses reputation through world of mouth. Although Body Logic is a decent enough place to gym and exercise the owner of the business doesn't treat his paying customers with respect. Trying to cancel your membership at body logic is a nightmare inducing process.In conclusion my advice would be to be aware of Body Logic's fine print and make sure not to be bullied by the owner when and if you ever decide to cancel your membership at Body Logic. All I ask as a customer asks is to be treated fairly with dignity and respect as no one likes a bully in life, especially if the owner resorts to threats.

After cancelling the mebership in January 2020, they did not cancel the debit order. Despite all attempts to get hold of someone in order to sort this out for the past 3 months, someone finally answered and said she cannot assist us and put the phone down.Very poor service all around.

Top of the line staff is nice always happy to help the place is clean you get your own Locker there are showers I am new to gym and they always give me tips and tricks how to use the machines and how to exercise to work all my muscles to get the best results Highly Recommended !!!!
