Samsung eatgate is useless been trying to call them the whole day np one picks up. clearly they dont need my business. clearwater malltook my number to get eastgate to call me and they still haven't called.

Entering the store the staff was talking to each other and didn't really bother to assist me. When they eventually helped me I was told they didn't have the battery for my Samsung phone.I specifically phoned the day before if they had this battery. They told me then they had the battery. I told the staff member I would be there the next day.That was a long drive for nothing.Could not believe this service.I will not go back to Samsung Eastgate.

absolutely fabulous. Kojo helped me in any means necessary to get my data including my whatsapp data which took two days after my time was wasted by Chris who claimed to be the manager only to find out he lied. I came back to the store after Kojo convinced me to buy the S23 ultra, when I asked Chris where the manager Is he said I can deal with him because he is the manager. only to find out he was lieing .Well Kojo deserves a Salary increase.

I took my Galaxy watch in for repairs at Samsung East Gate. It took a little longer than what I was hoping for but with a little patience I got it back in perfect working order. Thanks to the technician Evans. Great job.

Horrible customer service experience. Buying a screen protector took over 30 minutes. The manager eventually assisted us, but was not helpful in providing useful information and took a call having a screaming match with another Samsung employee over the phone. Highly unprofessional.

Very helpful, but very expensive, quoted R6k to replace motherboard, but was actually just battery for R750.00. Quoted 5.5 k for new screen, had it done for R2.2k at another place in the same centre. Go to other places for repairs, but its your choice.
