I recently went in to the store to get a quotation for a client. I showed the sales person Mac which bulb I was looking for and received a quotation. Upon ordering the bulbs, Mac tells me that he quoted me on the incorrect bulb. Now the price has increased by R100 per bulb and my customer ordered 30 units. This is very unprofessional service and not what I expected. From now on, I'd rather take my business elsewhere
