In fact, you don't even deserve this 1 star, due to the rudeness of your manager/supervisor. If you have many fitting the description of manager/supervisor, the one 8n question is a dark skinned male. This is what transpired: I purchased two items, and swiped my bank card. Your POS terminal showed APPROVED, and instructed me to remove card. Your cashier, another fair-skinned male, told his female colleague the till had jammed. This is when the female started telling him and I that the transaction didn't get approved, therefore I can't take my purchased and paid for items". When. I insisted that I have proof that I paid
