Worst service ever. They are worthy of no stars. Our lift at Zimbali . Imbali Lakes is out of service since the morning of the 26th of June. Keep calling them and the managing agent they keep sending you in different directions now KONE is saying they need to order spares then mannually bring the lift down. They also keep closing the job card. They are very incompetent. Wish to never deal with them again
