Beautiful experience...took my mom & daughter out for their birthdays and it was beautiful...haven't seen my mom this relaxed/happy since my dad died...& my daughter was flabbergasted with seeing the animals....Myself???...*sigh*...people need to go out more...nature is very beautiful & Bona Bona captureds it so perfectly

Staff members from the reception and the restaurant are the best at what they do. Very friendly and welcoming.We had the Best first game drive experience with Mr Luke. He made the drive fun, with interactive teachings and a dash of humor and sarcasm here and there. Also Making sure that the childen remember the lessons using random quizzes.He was kind to us, to an extant of allowing us a 20 min break to get food for the small kidz which is not normally allowed.Thank you very much, and we will definitely be coming back soon.

Everything was great as usual. My only critique would be the ladies' restrooms at the restaurant. The seats need to be replaced as they're damaged. And the thermae facilities at the spa were a bit of a letdown. The pool was very cold for winter, although they did apologize for the inconvenience. The sensory shower wasn't working. The steam room wasn't really designed well, in my opinion, since the steam outlets are right by the door so it can burn your feet and legs while entering and exiting if not careful. They should go back to the previous menu with more traditional food, especially dessert like brownies, malva, and creme brulee. The food was good, the service was good, the room was good. Sophy was the best waitress.

Flew in there for a meal. Reception was great. Beautiful place in marvelous surroundings. Imagine how disappointed we were when the meals we had were not worth writing home about. My own rack of lamb" was tasteless and the portion was fit for a kiddies menu. One of our group had a hamburger

We had the most amazing game drive with Ranger Luke. His knowledge was outstanding and he delivered the tour in both Afrikaans and English. The food, service and rooms are stunning, the staff is super friendly and the spa is a must. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great service. The restaurant has amazing food and drinks. Really calming atmosphere. The game drive is beautiful. We got to see most animals up close. Great views, peace and quiet. Would definitely return. Family friendly

Bona Bona is a beautiful and well run Lodge. I have gone there a couple of tines and haven't been dissapointed once.The Game drive is definitely worth the money. The Rangers are very knowledgeable and go to extra mile to ensure the guests see the animals.The restaurant offers a great variety of foods and also delivers on the quality. I would however not recommend the breakfast buffet, rather pick from the menu.Make sure to give Bona Bona a visit, since there are also a lot of activities for the children.
