Hands down the best oxtail we've ever had and for a really good price!The service was speedy and friendly. Great music, interesting decor. The host and staff are really friendly and give you that small town charm. I definitely recommend stopping by for a meal if you pass this town.

Very nice local restaurant if you would like a taste of truly local South African food. Friendly hostess Beminde with interesting local stories. Will recommend this restaurant for dinner or an early lunch if you are staying in Trompsburg or passing through. Local is mos lekker! .

The name says it all... Traditional Beorekos. Food is VERY tasty and Beminde a very good host. Prices are very reasonable. Note that they are not licenced so you must take your own wine.

Had a lovely meal here! Definitely recommend the Chicken Schnitzel.Real Traditional Boerekos...Very quaint little restaurant with a lovely owner.Menus are in Afrikaans but owner speaks perfect English!Must stop by if you're in Trompsberg!

We got to Trompsburg late and tired after a long day of driving and was welcomed with the most lovely and friendly faces. Beminde and her team accommodated us by waiting for our arrival and still cooked delicious and tasty food for us. The service was excellent and the whole restaurant and decor was a lovely experience! Make the detour to go through Trompsburg and treat yourself!

Stumbled upon this lovely little original Afrikaans kitchen with great food amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend swinging by this little gem.

What a gem in the middle of nowhere! This eclectic restaurant (and its owner, Beminde Jacobs!) will keep you occupied, while you wait for your plate full of food. You will not leave hungry!We enjoyed ribs, curry & rice, bobotie, and Trompsburger - all highly recommended.Beminde is an amazing women, an inspiring entrepreneur. May your business grow from strength to strength!
