They don't honour their guatentee. Been trying for a month to get them to fix the peeling

If I could give a minus rating, I would. I went to Mzansi Refurbishers because I could afford them. When it comes to the actual refurbishment, they're great, friendly, neat and efficient but when it comes to honoring their guarantee... Don't even try. My tub had been peeling for about a year(it lasted about 10 months after the job) and is getting worse and still no one has come out. Given it was lockdown but even after that, nothing. I keep asking and getting a response saying soon but they never do anything. Please save yourself the trouble and rather pay the extra money and go to someone else because now I have to find someone else to fix the problem.

Paint peeled after a couple of months. Do not honour their guarantee. Keep saying they will come back but never do and initially ask for a fee of R400.00 to cover the cost of fuel and materials to fix their faulty service.
