During covid times got difficult and to provide for the family we had to pawn and sell our personal belongings. I went to GM and they said its the best price they could give me. I had a ryobi planner and Glen said he can't give me more than R800. I was desperate so I pawned it for that. He now is selling the same item for R14 000. Totally ripped me off and took advantage of my situation. Juanita
