When I asked for advice on a product for which they are the agents, their response was to refer me to a product which their competitor stocks, as in their experience, the competitor's product would be a better value-for-money solution in my situation. I really appreciate such honesty and integrity.

Went to buy some cutting line for weedeater. Guy called EDDIE offerd to fit it because I was useless in getting it right. Showed me how to operate it as well. And that was free lessons right on the spot. Thx Bra Eddie.
