Poor serviceIf I had a penny for every time they promised to come in. They said that they will be here in early June. After many calls and many empty promises they finally pitch up in September and completed the work FOR FREE.

Dudley is a dream-maker. We wanted to build a treehouse in a beautiful Eugenia tree in the corner of our property and called Dudley for a quote. He saw the potential of what was possible, and helped us to pick the perfect height and angles for the treehouse platform, swings and slide, and even included a climbing wall in the design. He turned our dream into reality and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Solid Wood Structures if you are looking for something special.

Unfortunately, the after sales communications were a let down. The jungle gym was installed, but needed to be redone as it was not sturdy. The team also installed the canopy in such a manner that it was skew. The owner promised on multiple occations to come and level the canopy, but they do not pitch as arranged. After several confirmed reschedules, they still have not corrected the work. Expectation management and communication is extremely lacking.

Poor service! Had an appointment booked which was cancelled due to illness, accidents and bad weather (understandable). New appointment was then made for the next week and, despite me confirming the night before, they did not arrive. No contact whatsoever thereafter... I am done with them now...
