The staff are badly trained on how to deal with clients, I had to phone HQ in Durban (still waiting for a call back from HQ so the staff in the shop probably learnt from thier company leaders) before I got any resolution because the shop attendants then phoned the regional manager who instructed them to do what was correct.

Picks up the phone, just to hang it up in your ear again, then keep the line off. It is 11 am now and have been trying since 9am. They lost quite big order for a lodge now, poor service
