Disappointing when your order is done wrong. Something small. Order a strawberry milkshake and get home and it's chocolate which I do not even drink. Need a person on taking order on drive through that is actually clearly understood. Repeated order 3 times and still something is wrong.

It seems everytime we buy from McDonald's Beaconbay their carrot cake is not fresh, and surprisingly their staff always fail to mention this, the burger rolls were not fresh as well today, disappointing, I wish someone can at least have the courtesy to tell me when the food is not fresh, so that I can chose to buy or not

My kids ordered a family pack last night through Mr Delivery from you establishment. The food was disgusting and both my boys got sick and my elder one got verry sick at least 3 times. This is absolutely shocking and is not expected from an establishment like this. Patties were shocking and my youngest could not even consume it.

One star is too much for this establishment. Worst Mcdonalds in South Africa. The poor gentleman in front of us ended up paying for our order as they screwed up the payment. We had to sort the cash out between ourselves and the lady that assisted us was of no help and just pulled up her shoulders. Then we waited so long for our food that I literally fell asleep in the drive through. When we eventually got our food the order was wrong and when we explained it to the person he simply said he can’t do anything about it. We did not get any chips or drinks with our meals and we specifically ordered meals. They also left out the Big Mac Meal we ordered and that meant that one of us had to go to bed without food. The place was not even busy. The staff is nothing but incompetent. And when we politely asked them to rectify the payment error and our incorrect order they did not even apologise or try to rectify it. Simply told us to take the food we got and leave. Disgusting services.
