I bought two torque wrenches and received great service dealing with Simon. I tested the torque wrenches and I can definitely feel the great quality as compared to other torque wrenches I've used before. I high recommend going with Teng Tools and I'm definitely going to get more tools from them.

In dealing with Simon B. at Teng Tools, he was excellent in receiving my query/complaint and managing the solid and timely resolution. During Black Friday the payment gateway constantly timed out. I contacted Simon and we did a manual payment. Delivery booked and item arrived today. Best service I have ever experienced and Teng Tools ZA has a lifetime customer. If you keep this service up the brand can only grow in strength.
