My wife went to visit her grand mother to give her a Christmas present before going away, she had to say goodbye through the fence. We tried phoning a couple of times to make an appointment but no answer! We ask at the gate but the security was not helpful! We asked to speak to a manger but it was refused! I am very disappointed about service! I wonder if and when this will change ??

Lovely retirement village that is built on community values. Physiotherapists and audiologist come often to visit the residents. And the occupational therapist and nurses are present and involved. 13 cats roam the retirement home and keep the residents company.

The caregivers are awful the management doesn’t give a care .Cockroaches running around and inside smelling urine in hallways…The food is terrible, the poor elderly gets a boiled egg in the morning once in a blue moon if their lucky. Dead birds in the garden for weeks as well as rubble…not clean and very depressing for your loved ones that you expect wil be taken care of amicably …

Fantastic old age home, wonderful staff. Place feels and looks like home. Everything just works in perfect harmony and a lot is done for the residents. This place is under the blood of Jesus.
