this place does a good job but only if they know you or you’ve been a long term customer, i have taken my car with other people who have been using them for a long time and are known but when i came alone as a young guy trying to get my car fixed, they didn’t take me seriously and kept promising to call back with updates and never did. it was only when i came in person that they promised they’d take a look.i’ve had a intermittent but persistent fault with my car and the first time they couldn’t find the issue but assured it was not serious, after i skid off the road i took it back and was persistently not called or updated with anything and now they want to charge me after the previous service a week ago which i payed multiple tens of thousands after they couldn’t figure out the fault and assumed it wasn’t serious.unfortunately their prices are great.

This is one place where you can get your Beemer/BMW fixed and serviced perfectly the first time around. Jaques and his team are truly BMW gurus. They are not cheap, but great things/ service is never cheap anyway,but if you can get it done cheaper somewhere else? I guarantee you, you gonna come to Fastserve to have it done properly at a later stage.
