Be very prepared to met with unprofessional and a sheer disregard of you as the client from the start to the end of your purchase process. The agent and support stuff together with management just don’t care about their customers and overall customer experience. Once you have purchased and signed off and they have their commission at hand you are left with just problems. Don’t bother emailing or escalating to even the principal, he just plays silent. Be very very very careful when dealing with them. And if you write a complaint like I did they will use it against you going forward.
