Awesome trail run and a toughy that tests your fitness level but everybody should do this one at least once .Not one for the kiddies .Very well marked .Breathtaking views .

World's most difficult park run . Around 200m elevation gain on trail. Well worth the challenge!

100% recommend this to any runner as a challenge. My time was 15 minutes slower than my usual 5K. But damn, it’s worth the reward when you start climbing because the views are excellent

An incredible parkrun, the views are amazing and it's small so not much backlog on the single track. It is a tough run though, very hilly and somewhat technical, but we'll worth the visit.

Thousand Hills parkrun
First ever park run done for me. So yes you can call me a rookie. I decided to start 2019 with a challenge. And this is it. On arrival i met with Friendly staff assisting, advising and mentoring you on what to expect today. Stunning course to run however not a easy course for beginners. I rate this course a difficult one however the views is amazing and breath taking. I will definitely come do this again once i am fitter.

Went there for a run. Was a great run. Very tough indeed. Beautiful views and very friendly volunteers.Definitely a parkrun to add to the list.

Thousand Hills parkrun
A stunning run (rather a hike) in the hills. It was a challenge and slippery in places due to the drizzle. I am so happy I visited this parkrun in the Easter Holiday. Nothing in Gauteng compares.
