This business should be ashamed of itself and it's business principles. I used them once before and was happy with the service. Today I called them, they arrived in the morning, repaired the geyser and when I returned from work this afternoon, I was told they removed the repaired kit and will return at an additional charge and better I be at home so that they get payment before they leave site. This is from a lady called Dot who says she just follows the boss's instructions and he (Chris) is not available to speak to me. The plumber in attnedance arranged with me to pick up the amount due this afternoon. I am at a total loss of words and can not believe this had happened to me. A shocking experience. How on earth does someone stay in business like this.
